What can I expect from Charmig's stuff?
We care about our items and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. We restore a lot of our furniture to make it look like new again. Of course, they are still second-hand items and may show signs of use. Sometimes a little, sometimes more. We will always clearly mention these defects in the item description and in the pictures of the item. We do not give any guarantee on our items.
Can I also return my vintage item?
You may occasionally wish to return an item. If you wish to return an item, please contact us at info@charmig.nl. After you have contacted us, you have another 14 days to return your product. For this you can this form use. We cannot reimburse any shipping or transport costs, when you have used our free delivery service we are forced to deduct €65 from the order amount due.
If you have used our free shipping service, we are obliged to deduct €6.95 from the order amount due. The cost of returning the item from your home to Charmig will be for your account. If you make use of your re-shipment right, the article must be returned in the same condition. We will refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your return, provided the item has been received back in good order.
This right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been modified, re-upholstered, restored etc. by order.
The right to return a product within 14 days lapses if the customer chooses to collect a product or if the customer orders the product after viewing the product.
Can my vintage item be collected?
Some items are too large to be shipped. Then delivery or collection is an option. Do you live nearby? You are always welcome to collect the item! Choose pick-up in the shipping options. We will contact you as soon as possible to make a pick-up appointment.
Can my vintage item be delivered?
Large pieces of furniture cannot be sent via Post NL. These can be collected or delivered. When this is the case, it is stated with the article. Would you like an item delivered? Choose delivery in the options. We will contact you as soon as possible to make a delivery appointment.
Can my vintage item be shipped?
Is it not stated in the item description that it is a collection item? Then the item can be sent by PostNL. We try to process and ship these orders within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. DHL has a delivery time of 1 to 2 working days. Orders from €100,- will be delivered free of charge. For orders under €100,- we charge from €6,95 for parcel post within the Netherlands.

Orders from €100 are delivered free of charge. Please read our delivery conditions.
For orders under €100, we charge €95 for delivery in NL (excluding Wadden Islands).
Transport abroad is of course also possible. Please contact us for the possibilities.
